Hi all,
Forgive me for being MIA. I had hip replacement surgery — too many years of sports, running, and carrying heavy camera equipment. The surgery went very well and the hard part is being patient with the recovery process. My mother was extremely helpful and my GF kept me on lockdown over the weekend, which allowed the swelling to decrease significantly.
The good news is that Youtube and Vimeo allowed Killing America back up onto their sites. However, this issue is far from over since we are still pursuing the strong possibility of legal action against certain authorities at Menlo-Atherton High School and Sequoia Union High School District. It would not be prudent at this time to discuss the details, but we have received information and documents over the past weeks that strongly help our case. The goal here is to remove ideology as the means that allows these authorities (who are government employees and bureaucrats) to operate above the laws and rules that govern their own district. We also want to make these government officials fully accountable and transparent to the community, especially the parents. It shouldn’t have to take the making of Killing America to give these parents a voice.
(Oh, and let me add this: if you think the antisemitism we uncovered in Killing America was bad, we have since uncovered more antisemitic lessons within the same district. This is something that cannot be swept under the rug and that is why parents all over the nation must keep asking questions.)
Many of you have shared this YouTube version of the film that was posted by someone I don’t know: Ol Rappaport. Isn’t it interesting that no one from The M-A Chronicle made no efforts to take down this film, which garnered nearly 10K views, an impressive amount for an account with no reach. This also shows the damages incurred by my film, which was suppressed in an act of frivolous censorship.
Here are the links to the restored film:

Please share the above videos widely, especially the YouTube version. Thank you!
Lastly, I want to share with you one of my favorite documentaries: “Where Was God in Uvalde?”
The second anniversary of the Uvalde shooting is coming up on May 24. I remember seeing the news trickling in on that day two years ago and being horrified by the magnitude of what happened — the utter slaughter of innocents coupled with the heinous inaction of law enforcement.
Never did I think that I would be asked a few weeks later to go down to Uvalde and try to make sense out of what happened. I thought it was the worst time to go since I knew no one was talking to media — the town had clamped down after the initial media burst and was largely divided over the incident. Many wanted justice for the victims and a surprising number of the residents wanted to provide cover for the police. Still, I spent four days in the town’s unbearable heat that melted the rubber element of the cochlear implant headpiece that was attached to the side of my head.
I knew I wanted to go deeper than the boilerplate second amendment and mental health issues and, after six months, I ended up with a deeply personal account that reflects my take on Uvalde. I hope you enjoy this short documentary and would love to know your thoughts, whether you agree or disagree with me. One last note, the sound quality is clear but not the best since I never had it professionally cleaned up — this video was never published by any mainstream media organization.
All my best,
Eli
Eli Wiesel once wrote an answer to that question: Where was God during the Holocaust? He was with the child, and he was with the child gassed, and with the child beaten to death. And with the child who starved to death. God was with the children of Uvalde and the people trying to save them. He died with them. He has died too many times. And we His people must have hope and do better.
Damn the Uvalde documentary was amazingly done and so moving Eli. Thank you. And Killing America is so freaking sad. I Love our country and have no idea how we stop the suicidal destruction! I can only imagine if the political b.s. stopped and we kept moving forward where we would be. How can anyone go back to the hating of one another so quickly? What happens if we can’t move forward? That scares me! I will put this out there~ Love,Light and Healing Prayers to all the people. We can save America if we choose with Love and Prayers and Hope and we also need actions. ❤️🤍💙🙏🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🏻❤️🤍💙
