Please have one of the mayor's subjects ask him how hard he has been working on this problem: since 1994 roughly 10,000 young black males have been murdered by other young black males in Chicago -- while the mayors were Democrat and often black. Has he tried to get Obama or Oprah or Lebron to lend him their cred to solve a tragedy that is so ongoing, so radioactive, that the national news media only 'celebrate' it on July 4. By my count, 150,000 young black males have been killed in the USA by their peers in just the last 30 years.
